HEY! I’M CHRISSY…
A few years ago, I found myself reflecting on my life and thinking, “I’ve done a lot, but is this really how I want it to feel?”
From the outside, things looked full and successful. I live in East Dubuque, Illinois, right in the tri-state area, with my husband Anthony, our two kids, Angelina and Mitchell, and our lively crew of pets. My world has always been creative and dynamic, rooted in theater, film, and communication. I’ve built a career as a professor, actor, writer, and director… always doing what I love.
But underneath it all, there was a quiet realization: I wanted more freedom. More space to create, to travel, to choose how I spend my time… and to fully live life on my terms.
I didn’t want to just stay busy. I wanted to feel aligned, energized, and in control of what came next.
Growth isn’t just what you do - it’s who you become along the way.
WHEN PASSION MEETS LIMITATION: My career gave me purpose, but it also came with uncertainty. In education, programs shift, roles change, and stability isn’t always guaranteed.
At the same time, my creative pursuits - acting, theater, film - required both time and financial flexibility. It’s a passion I love deeply, but one that can be unpredictable and expensive to sustain.
I had always been entrepreneurial. I had tried different ventures - podcasts, YouTube, ways to share what I knew and help others grow - but something was always missing.
I had the skills. I had the drive.
But I didn’t yet have the right vehicle.
THE SEARCH FOR SOMETHING MORE: Personal Development has been part of my life for over two decades. I’ve studied it, lived it, and even integrated it into my teaching. I’ve always believed that we have the ability to create our lives, not just react to them.
I’ve spent years coaching, mentoring, and guiding others - often without realizing the true value of what I was offering.
What I knew for sure was this:
I wanted to be surrounded by people who think differently.
People who believe in growth, possibility, and creating something meaningful.
And I wanted a way to build something of my own… without sacrificing the parts of life I love most.

THE BUSINESS THAT OPENED NEW DOORS: That’s what led me here. Today, I’m building a business alongside a world-class Personal Development company - one that aligns with who I am and how I’ve always wanted to live.
Now, my days look different. They’re intentional. They’re flexible. They’re built around growth, connection, and creating impact - while still making space for my family, my creativity, and my passions.
I get to combine everything I’ve learned over the years - communication, coaching, personal development - and finally channel it into something that grows with me.
And perhaps most importantly…
I’m showing myself, and others, what’s possible when you choose to back yourself.
